Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You will then be refunded the full purchase amount of the returned item. Only the costs for the return shipment are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied in its original condition and packaging.

Do you want to return a product? Then download here the return form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
